The nearest bar is in the lobby, but there was no wait staff at the lobby bar until late afternoon when the Pond pool was closing. Meanwhile, there's a full bar in this pool area, but no wait staff. It took over 2 hours for the pool towels to arrive, meanwhile the pool area was quite busy with guests including families with small children. Over an hour passed, still no pool towels, so I made a second trip to talk with the concierge about the pool towels, and she said that she would make another request.

The first day (Fri) we went to the Pond pool, there were no pool towels, so we informed the concierge in the lobby and she said that she had already put in a request for pool towels as a result of another guest making the same request. A lifeguard showed up mid-way through the day, which was the only staff member on duty. Because the hotel was quite busy with guests, this pool was also quite busy yet the hotel had not staffed the bar, stocked the pool towels, or sent any waitstaff to this area. This pool is normally an 'adults-only' pool, so it's designed more for cooling off than for swimming and has limited seating around the pool. Pool: We selected this resort over other Las Vegas resorts because it advertised that its pool was open year-round, but, when we arrived, we learned that the main pool had just closed for the season and only the small 'Pond' pool was open to all hotel guests. While the property is lovely and has much to offer, we were very disappointed in the service during our stay. My two friends and I stayed in a suite at Green Valley for 3 nights in celebration of our milestone birthdays.
